Trim Contoured Brushes

Trim contoured brushes are used for a variety of fruit washing and processing applications. There are 3 basic levels of trim:

Standard (Parallel) Trim

This brush has a uniform fill over the entire length of the brush surface and provides excellent rotation of fruit and vegetables.  
 
  

Spiral Cut (Groove) Trim

The spiral cut helps in the rotation of fruit as the fruit moves along the length of the brushes. Spiral cut brushes should be set up alternating between left hand & right hand spiral cuts. 

Scallop Cut (Hi-Low) Trim

These brushes are designed to reduce migration and increase rotation of produce during processing of fruit and vegetables.
